Ryan Oliver, a Juno-nominated saxophonist from Victoria, has made significant contributions to Canada's jazz scene and beyond. Touring with The Shuffle Demons and co-leading The Cookers Quintet, he also serves as an adjudicator for prestigious scholarships and festivals. His work has earned him nominations for awards like the Prix De Jazz at the Montreal Jazz Festival, as well as Western Canadian "Jazz Musician of the Year" in 2022.
